ISLAAH’s planned collaboration with Transident Homes LLC brings together modular housing development and supportive community services.
Transident Homes is developing the proposed 647 Edgewood Avenue pilot and the Blossom Hill Estates vision. ISLAAH is identified as the planned operating and resident-support partner. Project scope and availability remain subject to confirmation.

Call (478) 227-5424 or email info@islaah.org. Our team can discuss current services, eligibility, referral steps, and availability. A website inquiry does not reserve housing.
Can my organization make a referral?
Please contact ISLAAH to discuss the individual’s needs and the current referral process. Begin with general information; avoid sending sensitive personal or medical records in an initial email.
How can I donate or volunteer?
